Is natural light enough?

Postby Carol » Tue Sep 24, 2013 6:55 am

Do I really need to keep the light on in my aquarium during the day, or is the natural light coming through my windows enough? Not really sure how much light they need as far as intensity. I have LED lights on my tank, and they are quite bright.

Unless you have live plants in your tank or your bettas tank is in a dark room, I think natural lighting should be fine.

Thanx Adam. By the way, thank you so much for the free ebook! It's the best one I've read! So many were way above my head, and yours included everything that a beginner needs to know. Great job! I'll be sure to give you a great review on Amazon. :D
